A unique space on the water —

Our canal boat is a beautifully crafted 60x12ft widebeam which was purposely designed for use as a shop, café, studio or even a home. The boat was designed and built over 18 months and launched in October 2019 as a children's bookshop and event space. It was available as a holiday-let in 2012, allowing families to sample life on East London's waterways.

The boat has a barge style bow and enclosed stern. The interior consists of a main space with an open kitchen, W.C, office/bedroom and en-suite shower-room. The interior of the boat is predominantly birch plywood finished with natural and white Osmo wax/stain, the flooring is Marmoleum. The kitchen is fitted with a sink, fridge and professional dual fuel espresso machine.
